After an intensely sweaty commute, the last thing you want to do is nourish your inner Julia Child by throwing together elaborate stews and roasts. Just surround it with a few crackers and let folks spread it on as thick or thin as they like.Dinnertime in the summer is different. If a sandwich is not what you’re going for, you can also serve this recipe as a snack.
